Just for Women Israel Tour 2009

Maccabi GB are delighted to announce that we will be holding our 6th JUST FOR WOMEN TOUR to Israel, from 7-12th March 2009. The new application form is attached below.

This is a tour specifically designed for Jewish women to visit Israel as they have never seen it before. It is a fantastic introduction to those that haven't been before, but even if you own a property there, or have been on numerous occasions, you will experience elements that you could not see when you go with your families.

Attached below are the last two year's itineraries to give you an idea of the sort of places we visit. This is a unique tour, as it is tailor made. There will be a meeting in September, when we will ask for your 'wish list' and we will combine this with other ideas that we ourselves have, although we are proposing to spend more time in the North on the occasion.

The cost this year is going to be £920. We have tried to keep the price as low as possible, but the airline prices have increased this year and obviously land costs have as well. This price is based on airline costs today, so if it increases next week and your flight hasn't been booked, as your application hasn't been sent in, then we will have to pass the increase on to you. This price will remain except for any increases in fuel surcharges or government taxes. The cost of the tour covers flights, accommodation, food, security, tours and entrance to sites, tour guide. You don't really have to spend any more money unless you want to buy extra drinks and alcohol.

Due to the shekel/dollar situation and general price increases we will be staying in basic but comfortable and clean accommodation. I prefered to keep the cost of the tour to the minimum and sacrifice 4 star hotels!
